This lunch today on the occasion of Eid in Morocco (holiday). We prepare this tagine dish specially today the first day of Eid And it is a component of goat liver with a special spice to this dish (note: cooked just on coal).

Muslims celebrate this day for every time this time of year. The name in Arbic for this day is Aïd al-Adha (Sacrifice Feast). People buy goats or rama and sacrifice as a thanks to God for his blessings God imposed on us this day. This is also the occasion for solidarity and cooperation where the majority of people are taking advantage of this opportunity to help the poor people and to buy them sacrifice for that day. The piece only obedience to God and we can say this is the main goal for this occasion.
