In Andalucia, ripe mango and pomegranate hang from the trees and yesterday, we got to go pick ecologically grown at Finca Carina.  The mango grows in Spain since the 18 th century and each year the harvest amounts to about 10 million kilograms. We carried maybe 25 kg of that yesterday.

Today at the local market in Frigiliana, we added oranges and Sharon fruit to our basket.

This orange-yellow-red symphony served on my favorite Moroccan plate lightened up the afternoon and gave all us a vitamin injection
